Refund policy

 

We have a strict no-refund policy unless a product received is different to its product description advertised.

However we do allow exchanges for up to 14 days from delivery date. 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Products exchanges/returns are available up to 14 days from delivery date.  Should we not stock your desired exchange, a store credit will be applied.  Exchange/return for a store credit is also available. 

**our exchange/refund store credits will never expire**    

To initiate a exchange return please contact sneakerstaxx@outlook.com.  If an exchange request is accepted, well send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to send products back ( shipping fees applicable ).  Any further questions regarding exchanges feel free to contact us any time.

conditions for accepted returns:

1. Unworn in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in.
2. Items should retain all original tags and any additional laces and/or accessories that came with the product.
3. Proof of purchase must be provided.
4. You must request an exchange within 28 days of delivery date.
5. Items must be shipped back in the same cardboard packaging they were sent in. No satchels.
6. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

 we reserve the right to decline exchange/return requests should any of these conditions not be met.

Note - we are not liable for exchanges lost, stolen or damaged during shipping in the returns/exchanges process.  Parcel insurance options available upon customer request.
